does anyone store large amounts of burstcoin?  Will Burstcoin have a higher price in the future? if so, i will start saving it for a long time, as an investment.

From my observations on some timeframes for Burst / Btc, it is clear that they are in a very long Downtrend zone, but the current price is already on the threshold of the lowest price and is definitely the last point.

In the world of Cryptocurrency, it can go up suddenly, in my opinion, for Burst, you should just keep it and wait for a big purchase to change the trend.

Burst coin is in a sideways trend condition, there are no price movements that are quite influential, just 7-9 satoshi, there are no transactions with large volume.

Thank you for your advice.  Is it because the burst can only be exchanged for BTC so that what is the buying and selling value at the same level every day?  In addition, currently selling burst is only available in Bittrex, which makes burst less attractive

Burst coin has been ranging between 8-10 satoshis for weeks now. Burst is currently at a floor price. It has not been this low since 2015 before it increased by 125x to around 1000 satoshis!

There is a hard fork scheduled to occur on April 24, 2021 called "Signum". I expect the price to increase greatly very soon. This may be the last time Burst is so cheap for a long time.

Upcoming changes:

  • New POC+ consensus - hybrid between old 'Proof of Commitment' consensus and 'Proof of Stake'.
  • Updated smart contracts
  • Minimum mining incentives

is it better if I keep Burstcoin and sell when the price is high? Currently the price is too low, I checked social media and YouTube, no one is talking about Burstcoin.

See my previous post about Burst coin's potential.

This is when you want to buy. It's better to buy early than to be like everyone else and get in after the hype starts.

Another recent improvement for Burst is the added simplicity of mining. Now mining can be done right from the BTDEX app.

BTDEX now has a mining tab which also includes a built-in mining calculator. Note: this calculator is based on the upcoming Signum hard fork which is due April 24, 2021.

Did you read the webpage I linked to?

What specifically do you need help with? They have made it simple. BTDEX has it in steps 1-3. So you plot, join a pool, and then hit the 'start mining' button.

I used Phoenix and BTDEX. Both are proven to work and are good.

the device I am using is very low, several times the app crashes.  I am still confused about starting mining, am I doing the right thing?  I don't receive bursts increasing into my wallet.

Are you sure the plotting is even done? It doesn't look so. Also, the red highlighted rectangle means you probably should try selecting a different node.

You probably won't see Burst coins added to your wallet in a long time. There are a lot of Burst miners out there. So the chances of you forging a block are very low because of all the competition. It could be a while. Especially for only 4GB of space. If your purpose of mining Burst is to make money, you are wasting your time. I do not think Burst mining is worth it until the new consensus method goes into effect.
