what made the price of FZT go up to 20 signa in march?

It was just a low volume trade. If you check the trade history in the explorer, you will see a low quantity of FZT was bought for a high price.

ADMIN, Will the dividend be paid on FZT locked for sale on BTDEX? 

Nothing has changed on my side. So I would answer this as a 'no'.

The latest release of BTDEX (0.6.6) has fixed distributions to NOT exclude tokens on sale.  

The newest version uses multi-out payments though and not a distribution payment. I prefer distributions because of the way they show in the explorer. They have their own tab and make it easier to find. People new to FZT can easily verify that daily payouts are being issued too. Unlike multi-outs which require a bit more digging to find. I am still using 0.6.3 since it does what I need and I do not plan on using the multi-out method. Unless I am wrong about that and it actually does use the distribution method while still paying for tokens which are locked for sale too. In this case, let me know and I will update.

The Developers on Discord confirmed that the latest BTDEX (version 0.6.6) after the recent hard fork, does distribute to holders with tokens locked in sell orders.

Both "distribute to holders" and "multi out" now pay sell locked shares.

I hope you consider upgrading.  Thanks!

A 1000 Signa bonus has been issued to FZT holders.

FZT trading is available on SignumSwap now. XT wallet is needed. For anyone who doesn't know, XT wallet is the Signum equivalent to MetaMask. It's easy to install and use just like MetaMask too.

The new SignumSwap site is still being worked on. So some pages will show 404 errors. But trading features are operational.
