Prediction of 2019 Bitcoin Prices
With Bitcoin reaching the lowest price in more than one year in 2018, we see little reason for this trend to continue when we enter the new year. With the RSI too broad in 2018, it seems relatively certain that BTC is close to its short-term bottom, with renewed interest for 2019 - potentially seeing it regain $ 8,000.
It is very likely that Bitcoin will start 2019 with market dominance approaching 50 percent, showing confidence in BTC as a long-term choice. With a number of new developments that are likely to occur in 2019, including the emergence of several side chains and an increase in lightning adoption, it seems that Bitcoin will begin to creep up again over the next year.
Nonetheless, because of the large number of competing blockchains diluting market capitalization, it's likely that Bitcoin won't experience extraordinary growth in 2019. Some blockchain, including Ripple (XRP) and Ethereum (ETH), are likely to have 2019 strong, which might see them close gap over the next year.
