Again, it is the same as before. Nothing has changed. It also shows your account as being created on October 08. So it's not a new account created today. Please attach screenshots showing what you are saying is true.

A new account shows up for that email address. However, it does not show as verified. It does not show up as using the Promo code either, but that will probably change once you verify the account. So please do that and reply back here when done.

Everyone is eligible as long as you are not located in a restricted country. And as long as you follow the easy steps mentioned.

Yes. If you can access the Spectre.ai website and register then you are most likely allowed since they use a location blocker. I did not see Japan in the list of restricted countries too.

The free trading promotion has ended. You can still open an account with Specre.ai though.

I would say to use the demo account you have and experiment. Since it's a new account and new platform, it will take some time to get used to. This is my best advice because it would take too long for someone to teach you compared to just experimenting yourself. If you have traded Binary Options before, you will definitely find Spectre.ai useful and it will not always be confusing to you.
