it seems that yes because in Indonesia the government does not recognize the existence of bitcoin and believes more that BTC is fraud.

The enthusiasm of the community towards Bitcoin in Indonesia has its own ups and downs. Initially, the majority of virtual currency enthusiasts were mostly limited to community activists on online forums.

all forms of internet stuff will not be trusted by the government as long as they are not registered and get permission from the authorities.
