Can anyone help me with validation at this broker ... almost a week or more I haven't validated my account, and haven't received a call

ndb $30 not available for Indonesian clients. i has search available country form, but I did not find Indonesia in the selection column

Before opening an account, please be careful with broker you choose, I am trading with Windsor and I get a bad experience, Windsor's MT4 always not connected and spread is become wider and wider. It is not fair for our trading activity, choose your broker wisely to support your trading activity and your success path.

Windsor broker if I'm not mistaken from Australia, but not so well known, some know this broker is only by promotion. 
Does anyone know the details of winsor broker?
