Whether this monthly contest has an automatic deadline / cutoff? or the end of the month of 12 midnight? for example at 06 UTC time on May 31. If there is a deadline / cutoff for the weekly contest the time to post prediction will be Thursday at 10 PM UTC time. what about the monthly contest deadline / cutoff?
There is no precise deadline/cutoff time needed for this contest since it is based on referrals and not a closing price as with the other contest you mentioned. If there was no deadline for the other contest, someone could simply wait until Friday right before the market closes and post their prediction. So the nature of this contest is different and there does not need to be a precise cutoff time. Also, it's based on making referrals which is not so easy to do. So the chances that an extra referral is made, which would affect the rankings, within a few hours difference is small.
and whether the beginning of the month can directly participate in this contest without beginning the opening post from you?
No opening post is required by me. It starts every month until further notice. So whenever you see me declare the winners, this would be a good time to start. Although you could start before or after that too.
