It works fine here. Your internet service provider may be blocking the site. You can use luckygames.cx or luckygames.cc domains instead. Just use the same link as given in the 1st post and change the "io" to either "cx" or "cc". It should work.

So that answer is 'no' to your previous question if you are not at level 1. If you are at level 1, then you can always withdraw immediately. To your personal Bitcoin wallet. Or you can exchange to another coin and withdraw to your personal wallet with that coin.
