below there are several sessions in the world of forex trading, we can choose which one or which one to use
we can adjust it to the time of the pair we choose, for example we use GBP / USD, it will be good when the European or American market

I prefer to enter the American session, because this is the peak of the crowded market.

I usually trade in European and American sessions. I don't like the Asian session because of the slow movement

The forex market is divided into 4 sessions, but in my opinion there are only 2 sessions that are sufficient to provide significant price movements, namely the American and European sessions and the most crowded is when the two sessions overlap.

The forex market is open 24 hours a day, 5 days a week, from Sunday 5:00 pm EST to Friday 5:00 pm EST. However, trading activity and liquidity vary throughout the day due to the overlapping of different sessions. The most active sessions are the London and New York sessions, which overlap from 8:00 am EST to 12:00 pm EST, while the Asian session is less volatile. Traders should consider the market time when developing their trading strategy, as certain currency pairs and trading styles may be more effective during specific sessions. It's also important to be aware of news releases and events that can cause volatility outside of regular trading hours.
