I do not agree that trading is the same as gambling, many have explained that trading is pure business.

The presumption of the factor of speculation and the possibility of a large profit or loss that can be accepted by a trader just by sitting alone makes many people equate it with gambling. But actually forex trading is not gambling but pure trade.
This is what makes forex trading different from gambling:
Gambling: Decision making based on profitability and speculation
Forex: Decision making based on technical and fundamental analysis
Gambling: The results obtained are detrimental to one party
Forex: The results obtained are mutually beneficial
Gambling: There are no products or goods traded, numbers are not included in goods or products
Forex: There are products or goods that are traded in the form of currencies
Gambling: The results of gambling are completely unpredictable
Forex: There are limits and controls for clear profits and losses
Gambling: Uncertain
Forex: When the price is saturated where the situation is too high or too low, the price will experience a correction
Gambling: Prohibited by law and state
Forex: There are official regulations from countries such as Indonesia which are under BAPPEBTI, or under regulators from other countries such as FCA UK, MFSA, ASIC, CFTC / NFA and the like.
From the real differences above it is quite visible that forex is different from gambling, and of course you also have begun to be able to conclude whether forex is the same as gambling or not.
A very striking difference between gamblers and traders is the mentality of the person concerned. If someone is a gambling mentality, then anything can be used as gambling, even though trading.
In this case there are trading / trading models that adopt gambling systems, such as spread betting, martingale, options even by some experts, saying that scalping is included in this model. So to avoid the gambling system, leave a model like this.

From several surveys, most forex traders who fail to generate profits consistently have a way of thinking like gamblers. They consider the market as a casino playing arena and not a business arena. Trading with a way of thinking like gambler in the long run usually loses, while the way of thinking "trading is a business" lasts longer and not a few can produce profits consistently.

yes forex is only the system that gambling can do. as an example. You trade with leverage and lots are very high in the hope that you can get 100% profit quickly. it's just the same as gambling because it's very prone to MC.

trading can be used as gambling land but can also be used as investment land depending on the person who runs it, if the narrow mind is sure to choose the instant and not think about the risks.
