If you have a standard account you should use 0.01 lots but if you are a cent account you can use 0.10 and you should not trade with martinggle because it will be dangerous with small capital

Maybe you mean the lot we use. In my opinion, it is better to use the smallest lot, because in forex, $1000 is a small capital
