Too much ambition indeed can disturb emotion, build a good mindset and work rationally and learn how to improve skills in forex trading, use a plan trading to manage emotion.

controlling emotions by not using a lot of open positions is correct and plus not looking at the chart all the time is also correct, therefore I always avoid looking at charts continuously

You can control your emotions, indeed when you use take profit and stop loss and if possible, don't use a lot of analysis on each chart, we should only focus on a few currency pairs

the way to control emotions well is to hold all negative attitudes including anger, disappointment, sadness and so on, which can damage our psychological defenses because only by inviting emotions can we indeed get happiness in using forex trading
