You can start learning to control your emotions with patience. When you fail, that's where you can practice doing that because usually those emotions will appear when we fail, such as being hit by a minus floating stop loss or maybe we MC, it's all a test for us or maybe it's a way so we can learn to be patient

In my opinion, controlling emotions is a good action when we trade. The way to do this is when you don't get too emotional, then you have to be able to survive, you have to be able to be sincere with whatever conditions you get.
