When you want to control your emotions well, you have to be able to be patient. You have to be able to trade on target and you have to be able to focus on this to trade well.

In my opinion, controlling emotions is an important thing that we must use as traders. Controlling emotions is a wise way so that we don't get emotional easily when we fail.

The simplest way to control your emotions is when you can control the situation, you can control your psychology patiently. The way I control my emotions here is not to look at MT4 too much. Second, I use a long time period. Third, I set a small target. If I get a stop loss, I won't open any more positions. I'll close the gadget and I'll have fun.  Have fun first.

I agree that controlling emotions is not to open too much MT4 because when you open MT4 too much it will be difficult for you to concentrate, therefore prioritize using a long period of time and when you have opened a position and placed a stop loss and take profit, you just have to wait for the results.  just
