The most important emotion here is that it's true, don't use many open positions at one time, secondly, don't always look at MetaTrader or your platform when opening positions, thirdly, use stop loss and take profit, and the important thing here is to patiently wait for the momentum when you  want to open a position

Controlling emotions referred to in the post is not always looking at MT4 and I agree with that and we don't need to check our open positions every time because when we have placed a stop loss and take profit we don't need to look at them anymore.

The point is, when you want to control your emotions when you open a position, first use stop loss and take profit. After that, don't use many open positions when there is no momentum. Third, don't always check every hour or every minute on your platform. You just have to  other activities.

The importance of controlling emotions, without bad emotions, trading will usually be more subjective and it will be easier to manage risk.

Never get emotional easily when you fail when you trade forex.  It's best if you don't have to check your open position every time, set your stop loss and take profit properly and wait for the results, that's enough.

Most people are stressed because they always watch the price and always look at MT4 when opening a position. In my opinion, when you have placed a stop loss and take profit, you don't need to pay too much attention to MT4 movements.

When I open a position, I don't look at my position for some time, because it's the same thing that we can control our emotions, which is important when we open a position, we are in line with the trend using Stoploss and take profit using a realistic target, it's done.

You don't need to open a lot of positions. You don't need to always observe or look at your open positions on your platform. Always use stop loss and take profit properly. Always set a mystical target. This will make you able to control your emotions well.

I think that when you have used Stoploss it is enough because in my opinion, when you have placed a stop boss and take profit, you don't need to open MT4 too often. You just have to wait for the results so that your emotions are not disturbed.
