There are many ways to control an emotion, especially when we can control our emotions when we are dealing with currency movements, we can't do too many positions and we have to hold our lots so we don't overlot.

Good emotional control cannot be done in a healthy way just because controlling emotions is very important for our body's health

controlling emotions can be done in many ways, for example, if you open a position, immediately close your metatrader so you can focus on what you are analyzing because that way you can control your emotions stably without feeling emotional.

actually controlling emotions it depends on what your desires are when your desires are very big then you tend to find it difficult to control emotions but when you can achieve that goal then you will make your emotions more stable
