there are ways to deal with over lots and also over trades in trading. and if I think over lot and over trade is because it is caused by using too many lots when trading so that there are pver lots and over trades. therefore to avoid over lot and over trade when we carry out this trade is by the way we should be able and able to use good lots and lots that are in accordance with money management. so that's the way to be able to overcome over-trade and also over-lot.

Actually it is not a trader's disease but indeed it is common to be a trait of traders who do not yet have a strong psychology and mindset. If over trade occurs and we do not anticipate it will pose a big risk and the risk of loss is sure to occur until the trader realizes how dangerous over trade is.

Overcoming the usual overtrade I do by obeying the rules and trading plan because in the trading plan there is a time when we have to trade and when to stop, if indeed we have reached the target then we must close our trading tools.
