Leverage is indeed very helpful for getting bigger forex trading profits, but it will be very dangerous if we use too much leverage that is not balanced with capital.

Use leverage facility changes the relatively small funds or capital so that they can make transactions with a much larger contract value, so that the capital is multiplied as well as the profit and risk will increase according to the use of leverage used.

Using leverage has both good and bad sides. It must be wiser for capital management and leverage so as not to cause harm.

Of course, leverage have positive and negative values, depending on how we use it.
Many cases traders open multiple trades and lose because the leverage is too high.
Leverage & check size should be taken into account on the resilience of our capital.

In my opinion, leverage is quite important because it is related to our trading security, if the contract size is usually set in the trading plan since the beginning we started trading.

Every currency pair has a calculation, we must know the contract size and adjust the leverage used.
Sometimes novice traders don't know that the value of a currency with a high contract size cannot be traded if the capital is small or the leverage is too small.

See the benefits of leverage, if without a leverage system our capital will not be enough to open trades with a large quantity of lots.

leverage and contract size are 2 terms that traders should know, especially traders who are just learning to trade because these two things will play an important role in account selection and risk management calculations.
