With leverage, a trader can trade with a transaction value many times the capital he has. In general, the leverage given in forex trading is 1: 100 or in a sense, the capital needed is only 1% of the transaction value

With leverage, more traders can come into play in the forex market, not only those who have large funds. Because indirectly, leverage is one of the factors that can reduce the capital requirements that must be owned to participate in playing forex, while increasing the ability of funds that have been owned for trading. Thus, leverage is one of the basic things that are important to know in learning forex.

I really like the concept of leverage in forex trading, which is why I choose forex trading rather than stocks.

Forex brokers usually have leverage in forex trading.
The function of leverage, is that a relatively small increase in funds can make transactions with a much larger contract value.

Example:
Brokers who apply 1: 100 leverage, then you only need a fund of $ 100 to make a transaction worth $ 10,000. The $ 100 money is called margin, while the transaction value of $ 10,000 is called Contract Size. That is, the capital you need is only 1%.
this is the advantage of the forex business, with our leverage system can generate greater profits even though the capital is not so large.

Leverage despite all that it entails can be very favorable at the time of realizing a great project but to realize it you must have a very extensive and specific previous plan to be able to manage the money correctly generating that the profits are as expected but if not have a plan it is very complicated that the money can be managed perfectly, causing a potential loss that will be very difficult to recover, certainly to do so you must have absolute security and lots of preparation.

Gejah

I use 1: 1000 leverage provided by the broker where I trade. Do you think this is a natural thing

This leverage calculation is very important and we must adjust it with our skills and capital capabilities and the targets we will achieve.

High leverage will cause the minimum margin or minimum guarantee to be paid each time the transaction is less
