High leverage will cause the minimum margin or minimum guarantee to be paid each time the transaction is less

Safe and good leverage that is not more than 1: 500.
If we use leverage too large it will make us want to always add entry positions.

Contract size leverage can be interpreted as a loan, and we trade like doubled capital.

This leverage calculation is very important and we must adjust it with our skills and capital capabilities and the targets we will achieve.

Leverage and contract size determine how much the amount of our trading capital is doubled, with the system like having a capital loan.

Calculating leverage is one thing that must be mastered by a trader to determine the number of lots that will be used.
If a trader cannot master how to use leverage, it will be difficult to count lots and risks when trading because he can use large leverage and use lots that are too large.

leverage and contract size are very important in determining the appropriate trading plan and we can make transactions realistically, but unfortunately I rarely calculate all that based on leverage and contract size.

If I usually leverage from the beginning when I want to make a deposit and how much capital I will use, but if I specify the contract size when I make a trading plan and I also adjust to the existing conditions because I tend to scalping so it's not necessarily the number of positions that I Open.
