Mental actually must be trained when dealing with trading on the market.
A trader must start from the simple ones first, just like cursing the smallest lot with a set time limit. 
only after success, with proof in trading history there is no violation of the use of the smallest lot, then the result has a lot of take profit compared to loss. 
Only then will the increase in trading volume start again with the lots raised. and so on until you find a trading system with trading strategies that suit traders.
