pinbar is very simple and quite easy to find but is less accurate.

pinbar is indeed a good pattern for making entry and ext decisions as you have mentioned. One of the unique characteristics that I like about this pin bar pattern is the pinocchio where the more the pattern is lying the nose will get longer, that's what happens to the pinocchio / pin bar pattern :)
