How to trade with Pivot Points

  Please follow these guidelines while trading with pivot points:

1        if market is up on Pivot Level and market Touch on Resistance 1 Then you make Sell This is 90% That when market Touch on Resistance 1 Then market come back 10 to 30 pips. If market up in Pivot Level market is down and touch on Pivot Level Line Then you make Buy. Market 90%+ Chance Market goes back after touching Pivot Level Lines.

2      If market Is Center Of R2 And R3 Then Check where is market Going If Market touch on R3 Then make Sell and if market is Touch On R3 Then Make a trade of Buy. In 15 Mints Chart Make 10 Pips Take Profit and Stop loss make 20 Pips. In This strategy 90%+ Chance of Profit and very low Chance Of loss.       For any Expert traders pivot point information is very necessary. Pivot point ( PP ) Indicator help in Trade entry and stop loss. Below you also find information about Pivot Point ( PP ) Support 1 ( S1 , S2 ,S3 ) And Resistance ( R1, R2 ,R3). Pivot Point Calculation Formula,

First open Mt4, MT4 And select D1 Time Frame. and click on Yesterday Candle. Note Previous candle High , Low and Close Point.

Pivot Point { PP } = ( High + Low + Close ) / 3 =  Pivot Point

First Resistance { R1 } = ( 2 * Pivot Point ) – Low =  Resistance 1

2nd Resistance { R2 } = Pivot Point + ( High – Low ) = Resistance 2

3rd Resistance { R3 } = High + 2 ( Pivot Point – Low ) = Resistance 3

First Support { S1 } = (2* Pivot Point) – High = Support 1

2nd Support { S2 } = Pivot Point – ( High – Low ) =  Support 2

3rd Support { S3} =  Low- 2 ( High – Pivot Point ) = Support 3

Importance: How important are airports for aero planes or how important are railway station for rail network. As these are stops where vehicle stop refuel and then move ahead. Similarly pivot points are breaks where market usually heads and stops. These  pivot points are used for entry and exit of trades. In my next post i shall share pivot point indicator, Inshallah.

until now I am still confused about how to use the pivot point, it is quite simple but rather complicated, and I only rely on S2 or R2 to open the position. because in my opinion in that area there must be oversold or overbought

but as far as I can see pointy pivots are useful when the market is sideways. they can go back and forth. but when the sharp trend they can penetrate even to the level s3 or r
