As far as I know, only a few percent of the capital, maybe only 4% or 5%, is good in my opinion. What is important is to maintain consistent results so that you can develop your own capital well.

There is no requirement for a realistic target problem that can be used for beginners. But in my opinion it should not be more than 10% and according to your ability so that it is easy for you to get it.
