Comparison of Risk Reward Ratio for each trader is different, first consider some elements of the risk reward that will be taken, such as market momentum for greater profit opportunities.

So, what exactly is the Risk / Reward ratio and how it applies to Forex trading.
We can adjust the Risk / Reward ratio referring to the amount of profit we expect for a position and relative to the risk we are ready to get too, this method is the safest in a forex trading.

The risk reward ratio is one type of strategy that is not widely applied, but traders who are able to implement it will definitely get consistent profits because if the right formula is found it will be great.

The formula for the Risk Reward is very diverse, it is also determined by the trading method used. The standard for using the Risk Reward is not far from 1: 2.

I think the risk and reward in forex trading is a minimum of 1: 2, a maximum of 1: 3, don't be greedy because our intention is to be consistent, not to play.

The comparison using a 1: 2 or 1: 3 risk ratio is very realistic and good to apply.
Even so, when we first open a trade, we must be in a really good position according to the signal from the indicator or analysis result.

Using a risk reward strategy it is better to determine the ratio of pips that will be taken, for example 20 pips so if 1: 2 it will be 20:40 pips for the target and stop loss.

it is quite important to always know the RR value before we make a transaction, this is so that we know the trade or transaction we are going to do is feasible or not, and to determine the RR value we usually use the support and resistance area
