if I personally prefer trading with a scalping style, because it is faster to get profit and also very good at taking a moment of market moment
There are the certain broker that doesn't allow scalping, or in another hand, they have strict rules regarding scalping trading, like as if any trader open and close order less than five minute hence profit will be canceled, so better understand with rules broker also regarding scalping trading so we don't misunderstand

Noobs  those  just  started  doing  the  forex  trading,  the  swing trading style  is  good  because  larger  time  frame  gives  you  a  clear  cut  picture  where  will  be  market  in  long run. if they trade on short term there is huge chance they might lose some money and become greed driven in this business.
i usually hold my trade for 1 day long. i dont know whetee its consider as long or short, but i always put my action in H4, and always use tp after 15 pip or 20 pip, not so greedy

I think that depends on their trading style, if they are impatient people, scalping is a good method. but if they are patient enough to wait, swing trading is the right choice.

Short or long term trading, in my opinion, all of that depends on the needs.
if your need to get profit daily, it's better to use short-term.
as well as long-term trading.8)8)

I myself trade in the short term.

But doing a strategy of earning a little profit in the short term like this must be careful too, because repeating it continuously every day can make bored and accidentally careless to make mistakes that lead to large floating loss.

we can do swing trading or scalping according to market conditions that occur. if we believe in market predictions we can use scalping and swing trading

And broker support with low spreads is also very helpful for scalping traders.

yeah, they even made restriction like five minute open position and many more, thats why, long term is practically good you will get many pip if you place your action correctly, if it sideway, you better scalping than open it for longterm

Noobs  those  just  started  doing  the  forex  trading,  the  swing trading style  is  good  because  larger  time  frame  gives  you  a  clear  cut  picture  where  will  be  market  in  long run. if they trade on short term there is huge chance they might lose some money and become greed driven in this business.
obviously I chose the short term, because I was already fit and attached to the trading on the H1-H4 timeframe with a daily candle benchmark, because it was faster to gain profit in the short term period and did not like to leave the floating position open

a good trader is able to see opportunities
whether dy will hold a position for days or every close daily will close
if I see this I think long trade or intratrade is not a problem, as long as it is within the rule system you make

Talking short or long, it all depends on the traders' strategies themselves, because each trader is different.
but for beginners my advice is to use TF 4H, D1, and W1. by using small lots like 0.01-0.02.
because surely they don't know how to find the most pass point in a price
