I think the art of controlling yourself comes from the right mindset, and this mindset needs to be changed first by meditating every night before you sleep.

I think mastering yourself is a fine art.  Especially when you are greedy and afraid and you have to be able to focus on carrying out trades well, it is important not to just give up

Mastering yourself from greed, controlling yourself from fear of trading is important because everyone is different and everyone has a different understanding, but in my opinion you have to be able to learn to survive.

It's normal for fear to come when you're just starting out trading, but if you feel greedy then this is a dangerous thing and we need to master it so we can control it. In trading, of course there are also things that sometimes make us down and we have to be ready for all of that.
