there is no problem with the degree But what is certain when you choose a master to be a mentor you don't have to look at the degree it's not important what you see is the portfolio

That should be the case because a foreign exchange trader or someone who trades and can already be called a teacher doesn't need to get a degree anymore because when they can educate a student they can be said to be good.

I agree with you a teacher does not need to be a Master because it is not important what is important is that they can show that they are able to trade correctly and consistently.

The name of a mentor doesn't really need a degree, it's just a designation, what's important is their ability or expertise to become a teacher.
