use a fairly long period of time and never open too much position because when you use a short period of time you will automatically do scalping

When you don't want to increase your open positions you have to use trading for the medium or long term because when you use the short term I'm sure you will tend to do a lot of ineffective open positions

provided we have a good target every time trading and apply it well, then we definitely won't do over trade in our trading, unfortunately if our mindset is wrong and consider trading is a quick way to be rich, then we will indeed be easy to over Trade

To avoid over lots on trading and over trade, it is actually quite with the discipline running money management only, but this becomes difficult if we are still thinking that trading can be wealthy in a short time

use a minimum of h4 and above and use a rather long target and don't use or do scalping so that's one of them so you don't overtrade

if you are addicted to doing many open positions so far then it can be changed by the way you learn to use medium-term or even long-term trading so trading is actually for investment so there is no need to rush in terms of analyzing

The way I avoid over trading is if I have opened a position then I will close the char then I will check again in about 10 hours

indeed, don't let us do things that can damage our open positions, therefore we shouldn't do too much. When the position when we trade foreign exchange is enough, but it is effective for the medium and long term

Trading by Over Trade is very not good, because there are a lot of real examples where this causes us to finally find losses and even to margin calls

the answer is only one wear a higher timeframe because when you use a shorter timeframe then I'm sure you will open a lot of positions especially when you do scalping use a mindset like investors use long-term
