Using a lot of time periods is not a problem. What is not allowed is when you use a lot of time periods but you yourself are confused about how to use them

In my opinion, applying multiple time periods is effective because we need short-term, medium-term and long-term periods for one-way analysis

Don't trade with lots of time frames if you can't afford it or are looking for reasons why you should trade with lots of time frames. Instead, you will be successful in making a profit, but later you will be confused about opening positions

Using a time period that is too large or too long depends on you.  If you use multiple time periods and you do know how to use them there is no problem

If you find it difficult to trade with many time frames then of course you can trade with just one time frame, because that might be simpler and will make it easier for you to carry out analysis.

If you use a lot of time periods to carry out analysis or trade, in my opinion that is normal and indeed good because later you can use it to choose the correct trend.

In my opinion, the number of time periods used is not a problem as long as you can combine them correctly and are able to open positions according to that combination

If I trade with many time frames then I am sometimes often affected by anomalous price movements, therefore for now I am trying to focus on using 2 time frames, namely H1 and H4.

If you trade using multiple time periods, there is no problem. The point here is to focus on running trades well. Focus on running trades well to get big profits.
