Don't use a lot of time periods, it will make it difficult for you to analyze, it's better to use two time periods, that's enough

You can use any time period, the important thing is not too many so you don't get confused.

Using multiple time periods I think is important. So you have to be able to use a good time period for yourself

Using many time periods is indeed effective. As long as you use many effective time periods, you can do any activity easily
