If you are using multiple time frames I think it is important to make sure you are using activities that are comfortable and powerful.

If you use a lot of time frames I think you should be able to eliminate some of them so you can focus on doing everything well.

Using a high timeframe is good but don't overdo it. The point is to focus on using two high timeframes.

Using too many time periods will make things difficult for you, so it's best not to use too many time periods so you don't get confused.

If you use multiple time frames, then at least you should use a fairly large monitor and I don't think a cellphone is enough, because you have to look at multiple time frames at the same time.

In my opinion, the use of a long period of time is unclear and make sure you use a good period of time to get many high benefits.
