I only use 1 time frame, on H4 for technical analysis because the timeframe is the benchmark for daily trading.

What makes trading with many timeframes powerful is its ability to put traders on the right side of the market, while at the same time showing available entry opportunities.

This time frame in my opinion is indeed mandatory compared to technical indicators because the time frame is the point of view of our observations of prices in certain time units according to our trading style.

Every time frame of a trader must be different that is used as a benchmark, but if I trade every time I will also see the Duration of H4 and D1.
