Hedging is a pretty good strategy but it is also risky.

Hedging strategies are very dangerous so don't do it before you have experience using it.

Hedging is like averaging and martingale where the margin needed exceeds MM.

Hedging should never be done when the margin is below the safe level.

hedging strategy is indeed quite effective although hedging is included in the category of dangerous strategy and requires large margins, but hedging is most often done and can protect us from large market volatility when we experience floating minus.

I don't really like the hedging strategy because I have less experience with this strategy and make me suffer losses, so my advice if we haven't mastered the strategy don't use it carelessly because it's quite risky even though it can save our account from unfavorable conditions.

Hedging is usually used when our position is in a state of urgency or is in uncertain conditions so we have to lock our position with hedging so that losses do not increase, but this strategy requires a margin large enough so that it includes a dangerous strategy if we do not know how.

I do not like hedging because I have a big loss with the strategy, I better cut loss than using hedging. Maybe I have been traumatized by using hedging plus I don't master the strategy and maybe that's what caused me a big loss.

My view of the hedging strategy is neutral because it is exactly what the term double-edged sword is, similar to leverage, hedging can save an account but can also kill depending on its use. I rarely use hedging if it's not really trapped.

I sometimes also use hedging when I experience floating minus, even though I have applied stop loss, hedging can help minimize the stop loss touched due to my analysis error.

You can do hedging strategies by finding a confusion in the direction of price movements there will seem doubtful and hedging will be very helpful but you are advised to have mastered the strategy well so as not to kill you.
