If you are hit by a stop out you can still open a position because the stop is a signal for us to make a deposit or break our open position because our funds are almost exhausted but if the MC is our funds have all run out so that is the final trade we

a margin call is the loss of all our funds in the trading account if the stop out is a period where we will be hit by mc and our capital can no longer hold our floating minus

if you get hit by mc then your money is all gone or runs out if you still stop out then your money just goes to mc or margin call

The Margin Call and Stop Out are the same thing where this happens because our capital is no longer able to hold back the loss position that we experience and will be covered with its sisters

very different for the MC, we are no longer able to get Open Positions again because all of our money has run out but if you stop out it is still possible but limited, so you should know this kind of difference so you don't misunderstand

The point is the Margin Call is the thing we have to avoid, because when we pursue Marin Call means we will not be trading again and it's very unfortunate of course

As far as I know, the difference between MC and stop out is that the MC is different if your funds have run out, if you stop out your money is still there, but the position is floating minus.
