Drawdown in Forex refers to the reduction of an investment's value from its peak. It represents the amount of loss an account experiences after a losing streak. Drawdown is a common occurrence in Forex trading and can result from various factors such as market volatility, leverage, and risk management. It's important for traders to monitor and manage their drawdown levels to avoid significant losses and maintain profitability. A high drawdown can signal a need to adjust trading strategies or risk management practices.
