I never thought that bitcoin could be a scam because I know that bitcoin is a currency even in digital form.

Yes, you are right. bitcoin stands alone even the data cannot be duplicated by anyone so it is very safe, only those who lose it because of lack of experience and knowledge.

BTC will not scam as long as it is still used as a payment instrument and during that time bitcoin is still valuable and valid even if not in all countries.

if btc is in the form of a company then it might be a scam, but if btc is in the form of a currency or even digital, then it is not possible, you can draw your own conclusions.
