After upgrading to BTDEX 0.6.7, payments now work. Maybe that was the cause. But there is still an issue with the Signum API probably.

I don't know specifically what the problem might be.  But a recent hardfork occured to restricted SIGNUM accounts that do NOT have a public key.  The reason for this has to do with a security risk.  You can check to see if your account DOES have a public in explorer.  I will attach an example.  

Other than that, you could try the latest BTDEX.

Thanks for the update. All Forex Zone addresses should have a public key already. Oddly, your post received an automatic post bonus. There must have been a momentary problem with the Signum API. Or maybe some upgrades are being done behind the scenes. I will be monitoring this.

It turns out this is what it was. Not for the FZ addresses involved, but for the recipient involved. If the recipient does not have a public key then the bonuses don't work and neither does direct payments with the newest BTDEX (and probably other wallets too).

Yes.  Since the change was made at the protocol level, no wallet can send SIGNA to accounts without a public key.  This change was made very quickly to stop an on-going attack.  In late December 2022, someone started systematically finding wallets with no PK and then cracking the 64-bit encryption.  They stole a lot of SIGNA.  The devs reached out to some of the exchanges to block the sale of coins from the thief.  They kept rather silent about the breach until the HF was ready.

sorry I'm late info, since yesterday I got my bonus and no problem.  To be honest, I don't understand API Key or anything.  I thought the public key was immediately activated when we created the wallet, but I just found out that if you want to activate it, you have to make a transaction first.  and I just found out about this kind of wallet system, sir
