But getting Signum integrated into the "Free Market" isn't free, right? It's only after this is done, that Signum tokens like FZT could be implemented free I think.
That's right. So far, only tokens running on a few select blockchains are supported on their "Free Market".
Right now, these are the supported token types: ERC20, BEP20, Solana, TRC20

So indeed, we need this exchange to integrate the Signum blockchain further, and it isn't free.
We're having talks with them, it's about a few thousands. The SIGDAO project manager is already interested and is going to participate.

I support this because a new place for FZT holders to trade is not a bad idea and the extra liquidity is good too. However, I do not trust smaller exchanges anymore. Over the years, I have seen too many that just stop operating for whatever reason. So I support this, but would not want to pay a big fee for this to happen.
You're right. Even bigger exchanges than this one, like Bittrex or Indodax more recently, may go out of operations or delist Signum.
That's always difficult because we don't have big fundings, so we can only afford smaller exchanges. And those are also the most likely to go out of operations or make shady moves...

As I understood from the Free Market documentation, listing is free for any coin. [...]
Only for supported blockchains so far. We need them to add support to Signum tokens, after which any token running on Signum could list there for free or almost. See my reply to Admin above, we're talking about a few thousands right now.

If there is a need for listing on CEX, I can give you the contacts of one exchange in a personal message or if necessary, I can find out the listing conditions. The listing may be free, but you need to find out the exact conditions. The exchange is Russian, but there is English.
Any help to improve Signum ecosystem and make it better distributed is always welcome !

All donations for listings are handled either by the Signum Network Association or by ANGiS, a trusted community member and discord moderator, who already handled the donations for the listing of Signa on SuperEx, which was already in the amount of a few thousands USDT. Sorry I can't really be more specific, I don't know if I'm allowed to publicly discuss their listing fees.

Here is his webpage with all the different cryptos he supports for donations, including Signa of course:
https://donations.angis.zone/

And on this page, you will find the Signum Network Association Signa address:
https://sna.signum.network/donation

Of course you can also hop on discord if you want to discuss all of this in more details before !

Thank you for any contribution !

The exchange I mean with possible free listing. Signa is already there, but for some reason this exchange is not listed on the official blockchain website. But personally, I only buy Signa and other coins there if I need them for the commission, in small quantities. It is possible that any coin/token can be listed there. You just need to find out the details from the exchange.

What exchange and official chain website do you mean ? SuperEx is not on Coingecko yet, but they are working on it.
They are on Coinmarketcap, on the other hand. Were you speaking about SuperEx not being on Coingecko ?

Donated 100000 Signa to the Signum Network Association.
Thank you very much, I've let the association know about this !

On February 3, users encountered an attempt to log into the Xeggex exchange, those who managed to do so found zeros on their balance. The Telegram account was deleted.

Dear users, in this hard time our CEO was hacked and he lost tg account and xeggex community group beside that we still don't know details about it. Also what is important in this moment is that we succeed to lock down wallets so funds are safe. Problem with logins is still there due that we disconnected database from the network and we will go in the background to examine everything.. Next news will be more detailed after we get wider picture.

The screenshot you attached is showing versions of the web wallet. I have used the Signum node option (right side), but not Phoenix for web wallet. I do not recommend these since you will need to enter your passphrase to login. It's less secure I think, but there is nothing to download/install this way too. You should only use these on your own device and using your personal internet connection or VPN.

The node wallet gives you access to full functionality of Signum. For example, you can create AT (smart contracts) and set up subscription payments. The Phoenix comes with less options, but has a better interface.

Both are available for download too for desktop and this is what I recommend if you want to use either.

This is bad news. Hopefully, accounts balances will be safe and restored soon. It seems when Signum gains an exchange, it's not long until something happens.
