if you find it difficult to learn a technique maybe you are not suitable for the technique because the name is technique or science meaning it will try to make it easy and not difficult so it's better if you don't fit into a technique it's better you look for other techniques because there are so many techniques and knowledge which you can read when only from one side and not only from one book
