not all traders must avoid the sideway market because there is a trading style that actually looks for the sideway market, although many say that the sideway market is quite risky because the price can breakout at any time without our knowledge.

Some traders do tend to avoid certain market conditions such as sideways, volatile markets when big news releases, avoid trading on Friday, etc. so all of that is just trust and compatibility related to trading time.

trading on the sideway market needs special expertise because not all traders match trading on the sideway market and need a certain style to trade well in that market, usually the short-term style or what is often called scalping.

Sideways market of flat condition is such market on low volatile movement of prices, this is because decrease of volume transaction in the market, or in another hand, there is low volume trading happening, and take profit on flat condition is not easy, so better avoid trading in this condition, but after breakout, it will giving good probability to catch profit

not all traders avoid sideway markets, there are also traders who use market side to look for a few pips, for example scalpers usually look for fairly quiet market sessions.

trading on the sideway market is beneficial for some traders with scalping style but there are also traders who avoid it and don't trade.

I actually trade more on the sideway market because it is safer and profitable in the short term, but we still have to be vigilant because every sideway market will definitely have a breakout.

trading on the sideway market if in a large enough time frame that is what I often look for because I often trade naked so do not need complicated indicators that can create bias in the market.

trading on the sideway market can be quite dangerous if you don't apply a stop loss, the disadvantage of a sideway market is that it is difficult to place a stop loss on the right line.

sideway markets can be used well for traders with short-term styles but a good sideway is volatile in a short range not a saturated market.

sideway market is indeed less profitable because the movement is less volatile and tends to be unpredictable in the future direction, we should wait for a trend to form and a new entry is valid.

if we trade on the sideway market and are accustomed to it it is reasonable to do it because not all traders avoid the sideway market, as long as it is profitable then it doesn't matter.

There are so many ways to get profit, both in a moving market or just sideways. especially for scalp traders, sideways are the most preferred market conditions.
The main purpose of the forex business is profit regardless of the conditions.

If you want to trade scalping on sideways markets, apply stop losses because the market can change trends at any time.
Applying money management to Scalping techniques for security, I agree.

Market is very cruel, prices change at any time, especially if there is world economic news, market sideways can turn dangerous.

sideway market need not be avoided as long as our strategy supports and our style is indeed short-term, if our style is long-term then we can consider whether to choose trading in the sideway market or just wait and see.
