Rather than a demo account the more dangerous one is a contest demo, making trading with large lots to chase profits.
It will break trading habits unhealthy.

Before starting trading, it's a good idea to try the demo account first. Demo accounts are actually good for learning.
Find out the techniques and indicators that fit our trading style, is it scalping, intraday or swing trader?
It's not easy to play forex, don't just sell or buy, you have to learn how to analyze forex pairs. My advice as a beginner to master first 1 pair with techniques that match your trading.
Find the weakness of the pair, the longer the profit is certainly consistent. No more blaming, so novice traders will succeed in analyzing themselves.

Demo accounts are basically used for the public, can be for beginners and even experts, for practice or to test advanced systems. So we must use a demo account according to its function and not to overdo it.

Account demo is basically for practice for novice traders, but in conducting transactions on a demo account, we must have mastered the theory and strategy for transactions so as not to be misdirected.

Demo account is good but we should be able to adjust the balance in using the demo so that it can be adjusted by looking for a deposit later.

so any account must be handled wisely, not only the real account, but the demo account must also be responded to properly, the problem is if it is not reacted wisely it will happen like what TS mentioned above, indeed I also feel the experience myself, if in the demo that's how it seems to continue to profit, with a large nominal anyway, from there usually encouragement to move up to the real account into the spirit, even though demonstrations have only been a week. the fact is when the real is the opposite. demo account is in my opinion a means for technical research or just strategy. so if you react wrongly it will also endanger the mindset in the future.

Beginners are advised to use a demo account to practice, even without involving psychology, learning in a demo account must be in a good and correct way because it will shape the character and mentality.

Using a demo account to learn is a good thing, adjusting the amount of capital must be set.

No problem using demo.account, this is the first learning tool for beginners, then leave the demo account and trade on a real account.

Why do many Platforms offer you a free $100k demo ?? is wrong really , for average Trader does not have a $100k account in real life , its to get you hooked .
Also on a Demo account there is Not the mental pressure of seeing your funds see sawing back and forth up and down
Demo trading and real account trading is 2 different animals

be careful here might mean that it does not damage mentally, if I do not agree because the demo account can be run without capital so there is no loss suffered, after all the demo account is for novice traders who are not able to make any transactions.

therefore many suggest that even though trading on a demo account should be considered the same as in a real account so that habits on a demo account can also be carried over to a real account.

we must use a demo account as much as possible so as not to harm because the demo account is an account for learning for beginners who want to be able to make transactions on forex. so a demo account is a disadvantage unless the trader does not intend to practice trading.

we should never be afraid of a demo account as long as we trade properly and make a demo account as a tool to practice and form a good trading system, so a demo account must be used as best as possible not to underestimate it.

Demo accounts should help us to be more proficient in conducting transactions correctly, instead of actually harming, the possibility of traders who lose on demo accounts are traders who cannot make good use of the moment when practicing on a demo account.
