Using a demo account and a contest account is different. When you want to join a contest account to get a prize, you can do it, but to learn, it is mandatory to use a demo account so that you have the knowledge.

demo accounts or contests are good as long as you use a demo account then maybe you can use the learning so that you can find good knowledge
