in my opinion it's better you use a contest account because with a contest account you can practice better.

demo and contest accounts are equally useful as long as you can use them properly.

Psychological contest accounts are better than demos, so contest accounts can be used as psychology exercises.

if in my opinion it's the same because the contest account does not mean that during trading it is only pursuing victory rather than trading.

the contest includes demo or real contest, if demo contest especially short term, it has no effect on psychology.

All demo accounts and contests can be utilized because the more trading experience, the more proficient it will be.
