both are well used as long as they do not ignore the existing rules.

In my opinion, the case account will only damage psychology if you only pursue contest prizes.

if in my opinion it is better to use a contest account, in other words there is no risk We are involved there, and we are also prosecuted by getting as much profit, of course with technical That must be qualified and money management Good also
right, the contest account does have psychological stress rather than a demo account but most traders only pursue contest prizes that can make it only damage the trading psychology.

after I learned it turned out that the trader distinguished between a demo account with a real account, when he was still studying on a demo account they were impatient and did not receive the same thing between a demo account and his real account, if they were running the same trading technique then he would feel same

if in my opinion the demo account and real account are indeed the same, the difference is only in the psychological pressure. For demo accounts and contest accounts, in my opinion, it is better, the other one if run correctly, for example, a demo account will be better for learning for beginner traders than contest accounts.

Demo accounts or contests are the same, depending on how we treat the account.
