Well my input is this. Contest account is better than demo. But at the same time the type of contest and rules of the contest will go a long way to determine if it will benefit ur trading experience  or not, there are some contest which are like gambling.. The aid gambling. Hat won't help in the long run because what u will be chasing is profit.

between a demo account and a contest account is actually the same difference only with a little psychological pressure on the contest account.

demo and contest accounts are equally useful as long as you can use them properly.

account contests are very similar to demo accounts because they do not spend capital. and our contest account will receive a prize if you win.

demo account or contest account also in my opinion the same difference is the demo account is more focused on the bus because it's not so chasing prizes.
