Demo accounts have no psychological pressure but will be more focused than contest accounts or real accounts because there is pressure

Contests are also good for learning to trade, especially if you win can get prizes, if not yes we can learn

in my opinion the same, the same - both do not risk reducing our capital. But in the contest account we can be smart if we want to get a bonus

Contests are also good for learning to trade, especially if you win can get prizes. That can be quite a capital in real trading

Personally I recommend using a Demo account because it teaches us to get into the market and is an absolutely effective practice of how to conduct transactions in Forex but should its use be thinking that all operations made into a Real account will not be the same due to the simple fact that in Demo accounts it is constant that almost in all movements very large profits are achieved, So don’t get any big illusions that the market is as simple as Demo accounts make it look.

Well my input is this. Contest account is better than demo. But at the same time the type of contest and rules of the contest will go a long way to determine if it will benefit ur trading experience  or not, there are some contest which are like gambling.. The aid gambling. Hat won't help in the long run because what u will be chasing is profit.

pairs that are suitable for beginners are pairs that are not too volatile and easily observable.

I would suggest a demo account rather than a contest account.

I would definitely prefer a contest account as an option because I can also experience competition.
