I prefer the contest account because I can get a chance to get a prize

Both are the same, there are no good demo and contest accounts, it is best to start trading with a real account using a cent account. That will be more useful.

I prefer the contest account because it can train even a little psychology and also we have the opportunity to get contest prizes and be used for real trading.

in my opinion by entering the contest will not be able to train our trading psychology because we tend to open positions with large lots in order to win trading kotes

There are so many Demo contests that I take part in every session, there are several brokers who are always actively holding weekly demo contests, one of which is Octafx, hahaha dear I never entered the championship

the best way to learn and hone our trading strategy is on a demo account or contest demo, but also trade in a real account so that psychology can be controlled

Usually, in contest will there are so many participant and they all I think as good trader, since all trader will want to become winner, hence trading contest usually will out all the power to get bigger profit, I am also taking part in Forexcup contest by FXOpen, but indeed still not in lucky, just one time become winner in predicting price contest

Demo accounts and contests, 
first learn the purpose of the account. 
For demo accounts it is useful for training and also testing. 
For the contest account aims to pursue a lot of profit and become a champion in the contest. 

If you see from the goal, it's better account contest.

Demo accounts and contest accounts have advantages and disadvantages of each, so the use depends on the needs, I like the contest account but also respect the demo account because it allows me to make good transactions.

Yes, right. Demo accounts should not be ruled out because it is very meritorious, I even still use a demo account to test the system. For contest accounts, I rarely use it because I only use 2 brokers and rarely hold contests.

Demo accounts and contests are just as important, it's just that traders mistakenly assume that demo accounts are not important, even though before we enter the contest account, surely we practice first on a demo account.

Hello Newbie, a warm welcome to the forex world . Since you are fairly new to trading ,I advise you  study the basics of the market and the terminology behind it. Then get a free demo account ,there are plenty brokers with good demo like my broker Profiforex ,get yourself a demo account and learn how to use the trading platform ,practice as much as you want and can. With this being said, you need to learn how to read charts and understand price action in real time and find a trading system which made sense for you, then build a trading plan, then practice reading the patterns in the market, then train to accelerate your learning curve, learn optimal times to trade, build consistency in your trading execution, build confidence in your trading mindset,From here you can participate in demo contests and then perhaps shift to live trading . No difference between Demo Account and Contest account. For new traders its better to start trading career with demo account and get basic knowledge. Boost up trading skills and valuable knowledge for general terms regarding trading as well as trading platform which depends on forex broker which you selected. 

When you realize, you are able to start trading with live market and know how to minimize loss then move to Real trading account.

Basically everything is the same as trading with virtual money, what is important is to use it for learning and improve trading skills.

I clearly chose a contest account because I could potentially get a prize if I won. But I do not ignore or doubt demo accounts, demo accounts are equally important for beginners.
