I prefer a demo account because it is very helpful from the bottom up to being able to do transactions, while the contest account is also quite good it's just that the concentration in the contest account is not as good as in the demo account.

Demo accounts and contest accounts both have their own functions so they cannot be compared with each other, each also has advantages and disadvantages.

I prefer demo accounts over contest accounts because contest accounts must have good skills otherwise we will only damage the psychology and won't even win and get prizes.

I prefer the contest account because in addition to achieving the highest target, which is to get a prize contest, it can also train menta and trading psychology, especially if the contest is a contest on a real account.

I prefer the contest account because it enters more in terms of trading psychology, the demo is also important but if it is enough to learn in a demo account we must improve the skills in a more real account.

both types of accounts are all important and help to practice, especially if the contest account is already advanced we can win and get a pretty decent prize.

if we are better off trading on a demo account then we should switch to real, now this contest account is the best account before we trade on a standard real deposit account.

Demo accounts and contest accounts have their respective important functions but in my opinion a demo account is more important because for us to practice while testing the system and even EA.

In my trading career, after passing a long time I still depend on demo account from where I use all my trading techniques first of all to see the performance how it works. This trading approach always helps me for avoiding risk. And as a newcomer I always took high leverage in demo to see the performance how it works.

in my opinion it is more convenient for a contest account than a demo account because besides getting prizes we can also learn to control psychologically
