in my opinion the type of account is used as an option according to needs so when still a beginner can not choose a real account or contest as long as you have never studied in a demo account properly.

It's better to have a demo account because you can learn and discover new techniques if the contest account is still not safe

I prefer a demo account because it is safer and more flexible in processing skills even though the demo account is still lacking in psychological pressure which makes trading stagnant.

I prefer the contest account because it has features like a real account and has the advantage of being able to get a contest prize.

Demo accounts and contest accounts are both useful and each one has advantages so use them both in a balanced, good and right way.

I prefer the demo account when I was a beginner, but over time when I left the demo account I prefer the contest account, and even then if there is a free contest at a broker if I do not trade on a real account.

There are many types of accounts such as demo accounts, contests, real and other accounts so in my opinion the selection of these accounts must be adjusted according to needs, whichever is better in my opinion is relative.
